The following are hashtags that have great results for writers in their promotions. Use them. Write 1-3 lines of concise, enticing information about your book or story. The more you can squeeze exact, to-the-point information into your blurb the better.
Blurbs on X (formerly Twitter) are allowed 280 characters. If you are on Twitter Blue, the allowance is 10,000 characters, which could be a small essay. X/Twitter will kick up a pink color on the last part of your blurb if you are over the allowable characters. Then you can start to eliminate some words or hashtags till the pink goes away.
These are some results-achieving hashtags that work for me. Include (with capitals as shown) which ever and how many of these fit your genre, beginning with your own publisher’s hashtag, then add:

Poor Hashtags and Vague Words
Other hashtags can include the story locale, like some of my stories, for example: #Hawaii #Kauai #Egypt #Pharaoh #hieroglyphs #SanFrancisco, and so forth.
Vague words are not good, like: #ocean #sandandsea #trees #sunlight. See the difference? Be specific to words that will represent important aspects of your story.
Something I have learned is that if you simply post your book with a couple hashtags, no one pays attention. While great book covers attract lookers, it is no longer enough to simply see a beautiful picture. You must grab the viewer with some information. You should always include some kind of explanatory blurb.
