While getting back into the swng of work, I have updated ALL my sites. Just yesterday I finished doing that. For me, far from being a PC or Internet guru, it was an intense few days of work as I was gujided through it. It is small work for some, but complicated for me.

A couple of friends once remarked that they thought my sites weren’t safe. We all know what that means. I received the comments before I was knocked back on my heels with illness nearly two years ago. Active again, now I have investigated and worked with SEOs and others to make ALL my sites secure.

If anyone had any fear of becoming active on any of my sties, I can assure you they are now all safe. You should never get a message about this or that site not being secure. I am pleased with this.

Part of getting back into the swing of things is to begin, once again, to promote all those wonderful authors who have allowed me to interview them and place those interviews here. The same goes for my new-ish Excerpts page. Any authors who have shared pieces of their lives and books here, I will be promoting once again on all the social sites where I am active. By the way, secure changes to this site meant having to change links to every page I’ve built here. I will attempt, over time, to notify each and every one of you with a new definitely secure link for you to use.

Actually, I never had a problem in the past and never received any alert that my site was not secure. But if some people received that message, then it needed to be investigated. I regret it took me so long to get this taken care of. Life can really throw curves. I am pleased that a huge conversion job is complete. It’s now one of those times when a big big job is finished and I feel so available, I don’t know which bit of personal work to tackle next.I have a new book coming out but not right away so I have time for preparation. Maybe it’s a good long run in the park.

I am open to receive new requests for Interviews. As you can see from the samples already posted, you can talk a little about your private life so people can get to know you. However, the main topic is books, your published books, one or more.

Once you’ve had an Interview posted, we can also post an Excerpt from any of your books. Excerpts are teasers that allow readers to get involved in your stories.

I promote on Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and put reviews on Goodreads and Bookbub. if I’ve read the book. (See my links on my Author Page on this site.) I’m on a few other sites with my following growing so there will be more. I promote my books which brings viewers back to this site and they may also check out your information. It works both ways. You send your friends to see your interview and get to know your books, and maybe they will look at mine as well. It’s a win-win situation.
